Site Quality Assurance Manager: The Site Quality Manager implements quality control processes on a project level as necessary to meet quality standards regarding all aspects of project quality.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager with hiring QA employees, and then oversee training QA employees. Oversee personnel assigned to projects and provide project specific training in quality procedures and methodology (one-Community)

• Implement inspection procedures and documentation for each process performed by the work crews in the field from start to finish of the project (full-Commitment)

• Provide feedback to the Project Engineer, Construction Managers and Project Managers to continually revise and update QA processes through lessons learned, project experiences, and input from field personnel

• Work with the project team to develop project-specific protocols, SOPs, and construction processes to comply with manufacturer's requirements. (high-Character)

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualificiations:

• Solar Experience 5+ Years
• EPC Experience
• Site Quality Management 3+ Years
