Skilled Care RN or LPN

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled care team. We have an opening for the following position:

• 0.6 FTE (approx 24 hrs/weekly) This position works 8-hour PM shifts on the weekdays and has 12-hour shifts on every third weekend. This position works only 4 rotating holidays per year!

Summary of Work

You will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the health and well-being of our residents. This includes:

• Implementing care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Documenting resident progress in electronic charting system
• Overseeing nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care

Minimum Qualifications

- Must have an active ND LPN or RN license

- Must be CPR certified

- Must have strong communication and organizational skills

- Be a self-starter

- Experience in Long term care preferred, but not required
