About the Role:
As part of the Monetization team at International commercialization team, the SMB Growth team is focused on helping Small-Medium Businesses succeed within TikTok's business ecosystem. As Global Shopping is an important part of the ecosystem that brings value to both users and merchants of the marketplace, the team is seeking a growth ops to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product and growth operation in the direction of closed-loop e-commerce advertising for the growth of SMB customers;
2. Based on data analysis and market research, deeply understand the closed-loop e-commerce advertising and market demand, and formulate Go-To-Market strategies for key products;
3. Integrate internal and external resources, collaborate with sales teams, growth marketing teams and product teams to drive product adoption and penetration for key products;
4. Regularly output and evaluate the needs of SMB customers, coordinate with PM&RD for product optimization, and improve the adaptability of products for SMB customers.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience and background in advertising product operation or growth operation;
2. Professional English communication and writing skills
3.Understanding of the operating scenarios and advertising marketing needs of small and medium-sized businesses; familiarity with international e-commerce business and advertising market preferred;
4.Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to independently handle complex projects and prioritize in a multitasking environment;
5.Strong data analysis ability, able to quickly identify key problems and opportunities;
6.Fast learner with initiative.

Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones is preferred.
