Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a large financial client of ours. The role entails comprehending the operational aspects and workflows within the renowned e-commerce platform, BigCommerce. This position collaborates closely with both business stakeholders and technical experts to gather, assess, and formalize requirements for tailoring and configuring the BigCommerce application. Additionally, the role involves crafting user stories, testing scenarios, and criteria for validating the BigCommerce solution during development and testing phases.

The projected pay range for this individual falls between $40.00-$60.00/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a business analyst, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency with BigCommerce or a comparable e-commerce platform, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a user, administrator, or consultant.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

*Skilled in crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases, leveraging agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
