Responsibilities
Manage operations of assigned area and/or programs.
- Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Assess quality of patient care and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
- Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
- Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations.
License / Certifications / Registration:
- One or more of the following:
- Social Worker obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required or
- Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
