Software Dev Engineer I

Location: Austin TX
6-month contract (potential for extension or conversion)
Must sit on Apex W2
Technical Skills:
- Essential: Proficiency in Typescript/JavaScript, React, and SQL.
- Preferred: Experience with MySQL, AWS, NextJS, and HTML.

Role Overview:
As a Software Development Engineer, youll tackle a variety of technical challenges, ensuring the highest level of system performance and reliability. You will contribute to the development, troubleshooting, and enhancement of our applications, with a strong focus on React and Typescript.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Support: Develop and support real-time monitoring solutions, participate in troubleshooting, and debug issues across our internal applications.
- Code Implementation: Write and implement efficient code in Typescript, React, and MySQL. Enhance and optimize our existing systems.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other developers on GES projects to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Process Automation: Automate support processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Document all system processes and changes, maintaining clear and comprehensive system logs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on frontend technologies.
- Technical Skills:
- Essential: Proficiency in Typescript/JavaScript, React, and SQL.
