Job Overview:
As a Full Stack Power Platform Developer, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for fixing defects, implementing enhancements, and providing technical support for the Branch Enablement Platform. This role requires a strong understanding of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our functional teams to ensure the successful support of the platform.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business professionals to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop, test, and deploy Power Apps defects resolutions and enhancement requests
Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency
Create visually appealing and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Branch Enablement Platform
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the platform's performance and user experience
Qualifications:
Strong experience in developing solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI
Proven experience leading development projects, preferably in financial technology or similar industry
Solid understanding of project management principles, with the ability to balance scope, time, cost, and quality
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA)
Exceptional analytical skills, capable of translating complex requirements into executable strategies
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships and promote a positive, collaborative environment
Education: Bachelors Degree
