The Role:\r

We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Embedded Software Engineer to be part of an exciting team. You will have an enormous opportunity to make a large impact on the design, architecture, and implementation of cutting edge products used every day, by people you know. In this role, you will:\r

• Be responsible for system architecture and development of new features for embedded systems\r

• Investigate, prototype and deliver new and innovative system solutions\r

• Profile, Analyze and optimize system level performance\r

• Design, develop and verify firmware for embedded systems\r

• Participate in design reviews, API development, and documentation\r

• Work with new technologies that are vital to product development\r

• Deliver investigation plans and reports, architectural documents, design specs, software and firmware source code, build scripts\r

• Perform tasks including debug, bring-up, Beta and production software development\r

• Successfully collaborate with both software and hardware product teams\r

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience

- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
