Software Development Manager

As a Software Development Manager at Quore, this person will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring
a team of talented developers. This person's primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality
software, upholding architectural standards, and fostering a productive and engaging work
environment. They will be actively involved in both strategic and technical aspects of the role,
including code reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role is a hybrid role and will work in-person from the Franklin, TN Quore office 2 or more days
a week.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience with PHP versions 5 & 7, specifically in building stand-alone
applications rather than WordPress sites.
3+ years of experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including writing and optimizing
queries.
Proficiency in API architectural patterns and design.
Strong understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
At least 3 years of management experience in a software development environment, including mentorship and training.
Experience performing regular code reviews.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience at an enterprise-level company.
