Software Engineer, Graphics Responsibilities


  • Develop real-time graphics prototypes and products for future AR and VR products.

  • Develop highly optimized real-time solutions with GPU rendering, ray tracing, and compute.

  • Write clean readable code, debug complex problems that span systems, prioritize ruthlessly and get things done with a high level of efficiency.

  • Develop custom rendering pipelines driven by UE4, Unity and internal game engines.

  • Integrate networking, avatars and platform functionality to enable social experiences.

  • Efficiently implement solutions across multiple operating systems such as Android, Windows and MacOS.

  • Collaborate with cross functional and multi-disciplinary teams across the system stack to design and develop VR features and to troubleshoot issues.

  • Contribute to shape and drive the future direction of the team and its deliverables.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or a related field and three years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Requires three years of experience in the following:

  • 1. C and C++

  • 2. Developing game engines or real-time systems

  • 3. GPU architecture, hardware caches, code generation and profiling

  • 4. DirectX11+, OpenGL or other high-level graphics APIs

  • 5. 3D math and linear algebra

  • 6. Real-time ray tracing

  • 7. Writing code for DirectX, Vulkan, or DXR API.
