About the Team
Quality Technology Team focuses on the quality domain, providing a series of effective quality products and tools throughout the entire software engineering lifecycle from development, testing, and changes to online operation and maintenance. Aimed at business, we offer comprehensive quality improvement solutions, helping businesses quickly build quality technology capabilities in areas such as quality built-in, testing efficiency, automated testing, change risk prevention and control, architectural risk governance, and monitoring and emergency response.

What You'll Do
We are seeking an exceptional Software Engineer with deep expertise in Code Review (CR) and Unit Testing (UT) to join our innovative team. This role will involve collaborating closely with Machine Learning Engineers who specialize in code large language models (LLMs) to enhance our code quality and testing processes.

Job Description:
As a Software Engineer - Domain Expert in Code Review and Unit Testing, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and advancing our code review and unit testing frameworks. You will work closely with our Machine Learning Engineers to integrate AI-driven solutions into our development processes. Your deep understanding of CR and UT will be instrumental in identifying pain points, solving challenges, and implementing improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Code Review Expertise: Lead and manage code review processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards. Provide insightful feedback and mentorship to improve code quality and team practices.
- Unit Testing Mastery: Design, develop, and maintain robust unit testing frameworks. Identify common challenges in unit testing and implement solutions to enhance test coverage and effectiveness.
- Pain Points and Challenges: Analyze and address the pain points and challenges associated with code review and unit testing. Develop strategies and tools to mitigate these issues and streamline processes.
- Collaboration with MLEs: Work closely with Machine Learning Engineers specializing in code LLMs. Provide domain expertise to help integrate AI-driven code review and testing solutions effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and advancements in software engineering practices. Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve code review and unit testing methodologies.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document best practices, processes, and solutions. Share knowledge and provide training to team members on effective code review and unit testing techniques.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer science related field;
-Demonstrated experience as a Software Engineer with a strong track record in code review and unit testing. Proven ability to manage and improve these processes in a development environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as GoLang (preferred), Python, Java, or C++. Solid understanding of code review tools, unit testing frameworks, and related software engineering practices.
- Deep Understanding: Extensive knowledge of code review and unit testing principles, including common challenges and solutions. Experience with large-scale codebases and complex software systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address issues related to code quality and testing processes comprehensively.
- Interest in LLMs: A strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) with some understanding of their applications in code-related tasks. Familiarity with how LLMs can enhance code review and unit testing processes is a plus.
