Job Description:

The Candidate to work on the following initiatives and will perform advanced analysis/programming tasks such as
  • Work with the cross-functional business team to understand business problem and draw best solution.
  • Analyze and research architecture patterns, design and implement software modifications keeping CPA's architecture vision and strategy in mind
  • Analyzes requirements and specifications, develops, architects/designs, and coordinates the implementation of .Net applications and REST services with SQL Server back end.
  • As part of the application development team, takes lead to solve technical challenges with industry best practices; engage with hands-on programming for front-end and back-end.
  • Addresses and resolves complex technical issues with internal/external customers, builds good communication protocols and updates management team with the weekly/monthly status.
  • Prepares and Implements environment strategy and works with the infrastructure and DevOps engineers to ensure completeness
  • Lead, design & implement continuous integration and continuous deployment CI-CD strategy
  • Performing extensive code reviews and analysis.
  • Writing reports on code analysis to determine if industry standards and best practices are being followed; provide analysis to address found shortcomings.
  • Providing guidance and knowledge sharing to new/existing development staff.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • 7 years of experience with analyzing and researching Microsoft based architecture patterns
  • 7 years of experience with designing and architecting robust solutions with event driven development
  • 7 years of experience with full-stack .NET based web application development with ASP.NET and C#
  • 7 years of experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • 5 years of experience with React.JS, Redux, NodeJS
  • 5 years of experience with SQL Server and using extensive SQLs
  • 5 years of experience with writing RESTful interfaces
  • 5 years of experience with highly complex application security requirements
  • 5 years of experience with code reviews and in-depth code analysis
  • 4 years of experience with Webpack or similar related tool
  • 4 years of experience with JavaScript, Typescript
  • 4 years of experience with Docker container
  • 4 years of experience with Git
  • 3 years of experience with .NET Core
  • 3 years of experience with designing/building Micro-services and Micro frontends
  • 2 years of experience with Agile development experience with Scrum, Kanban
Preferred Skills:
  • 5 years of experience working with enterprise software solutions7 years of experience with designing and architecting robust solutions with event driven development
  • 4 years of experience with Selenium or related tool
  • 3 years of experience with knowledge transfer to junior level web developers
  • 3 years of experience with WCAG 2.0 Standards, 508 Compliance/Web Accessibility
  • 3 years of experience completing system documentation
  • 3 years of experience with developing .NET applications with Linux
  • 2 years of experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Xray.
  • 2 years of experience with Kafka or ActiveMQ or RabbitMQ or similar messaging queue tool
  • 2 years of experience with Jest or Enzyme 3.0+ or similar tool
  • 2 years of experience with MuleSoft API development and MuleSoft API gateway.
  • 2 years of experience in Public sector (Federal, State or Local Government)
  • 2 years of experience with JIRA, Bitbucket and Confluence
  • 2 years of experience in Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, TEAMS, Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
