Position Description

You will support National Security Objectives where you’ll get to use your foreign language skills to research, translate/transcribe/gist, report, and analyze foreign intelligence. Utilize your abilities in cryptologic language analysis to process audio and/or graphic materials to provide key target insight to decision makers in support of SIGINT operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly
• 10 years full-time experience with a bachelor’s degree or 14 years full-time experience without a degree.
• 10 years in crypto language processing, related language, and/or crypto experience.
  • Related language experience: (In target language) oral translations, non-crypto audio/graphic translations, document exploitation, formal teaching.
  • Crypto experience: target development, network analysis, drafting intel reports, speaker/language identification.
• 6 of 10 years in crypto language processing: scanning, recovering EEIs, gisting, translating/transcribing, compiling working aids and databases.
• 6 of 10 years has to be in the required language.
• 1 year experience QC’ing at ILR level 3 in target language.
• 1 of 6 years in target language has to be within 6 years of resume submission.
