Sourcing Specialist-Investment Banking (NY on-site)

Title: Sourcing Specialist (Investment Banking)
Location: NY zip code 10020 (4 days on-site)
Duration: 6+ month contract
Compensation: $35-45/hr.
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing talent for corporate and investment banking roles (portfolio management, relationship managers, credit managers) and corporate function roles such as risk. Managing high-volume search workload via direct sourcing, employee referrals, ongoing pipelining, mining of talent in Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
>>> Must have experience supporting corporate & investment banking searches.
Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit passive candidates and build a pipeline of candidates.
• Support recruiting portfolios for roles across banking and corporate banking functions.
• Work closely with the recruiters to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals pipelines for upcoming searches.
• Proactively Source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching, and research
• Screen candidates to gauge skills, interest level, salary range
• Ensure a diverse candidate pool is presented.
• Effectively phone screen or interview all applicants and make recommendations to the recruiter and hiring managers for interview selection.
• Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Workday)
• Attend career fairs and other networking events as a representative of the Bank and TAS.
