Description

Assist in creating, testing, and distributing order configurations for holidays and special dates as needed

• Conduct upgrade testing for our FCNS enterprise software

• Assist in documenting and creating software cases to our enterprise software vendor

• Assist in all ordering and back of the house trainings for school staff, and merging of inventory items as needed

• Assist in maintaining accurate records within our FCNS enterprise software for items such as ASM, Break Meals, Saturday School, Summer Food, production records, menus, recipes, and other

• Assist in daily back of the house phone and email support, and creation of FCNS back of the house documentation need

• Record all requests, updates, and resolutions within the FCNS ticket system

• Answer the tech-support phone line and escalate the requests accordingly

• Send written communication related to system updates, downtime, changes, and deployment

• Work with all FCNS staff including but not limited to site supervisors. Central kitchen, catering, warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a directly related field preferred

• Two years of experience in a Technology or Ordering/Warehouse related field

• Demonstrated ability to create process-mapping flowcharts, evaluate tasks and offer suggestion

• Demonstrated exemplary academic credentials and experience monitoring, implementing and evaluating project

• Demonstrated exemplary strategic and operational planning skill

• Demonstrated practical knowledge of PC use and software application

• Ability to communicate in English by speaking, reading and writing

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plu

• Knowledge of front of the house/back of the house school nutrition software preferred

• Knowledge of outside vendor delivery scheduling/warehousing delivery scheduling preferred
