SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position will be responsible for assisting the management team in the assessment of quality systems within the laboratory. This individual is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of processes to improve performance and/or to meet regulatory compliance.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Medicine or related field required.
- Ten (10) years of clinical laboratory experience in a CAP certified laboratory required.
- MLS, or MT ASCP required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze data and organize data in a presentable manner.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledgeable with CAP standards and other regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve identified issues and concerns.
