The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The New Member Acquisition (NMA) organization is part of the Consumer Marketing Services (CMS) Organization and is responsible for delivering new customer acquisition at scale by creating marketing that brings membership to life for the US Consumer Card business.

The Prospect Marketing Enablement Team (MET) Senior Analyst and Team Lead will drive the campaign development, implementation, and execution of New Member Acquisition strategy within the Marketingforce platform. They will also serve as a leader in Prospect MET, helping to drive innovation and efficiencies in the campaign setup space. In addition, they will collaborate closely with B35 channel leads within Prospect MET to provide incremental flex capacity to support capacity demand spikes as strategic priorities evolve during the year. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with Marketing Managers, Creative Governance, Brand Teams, Legal and Compliance to define campaigns and offers. This team member will then work with Enterprise Marketing Platforms & Solutions (EMPS) to build and launch campaigns into production. In addition, this role will serve as the SME of their channel and support a small group of analysts with their campaign execution requirements. They will lead training and onboarding of new analysts and serve as the main contact for any ad hoc channel requirements. This role will provide the opportunity to learn specialized skills including digital, phone, direct mail channel marketing, project management, and relationship management, as well as becoming expert on various American Express marketing systems, capability and tools in working in partnership with several cross functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical and subject matter expert for the Marketingforce product in relation to campaign and offer setup on behalf of Prospect MET
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution for one or more channels on an ad hoc basis
  • Serve as main point of contact for end to end execution of Marketing campaigns
  • Support marketing strategy improvements
  • Assist with hiring, training, and development of new colleagues as they join the team, mentoring junior colleagues on standard processes.
  • Manage compliance review process
  • Coordinate with tech and product management to complete any required updates
  • Support efforts designed to improve the customer experience
  • Build cross-functional relationships across multiple internal and external partners
  • Become a team leader in inspiring change and creating efficiency in job execution
  • Support the Marketingforce migration strategy, spearheading weekly cross-functional leadership meetings, leading implementation of tests and reporting on progress to leadership.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
