This position will provide daily assistance to the Manager/Supervisor of Building Automation Systems.

Responsible for the programming, oversight, and commissioning of all current and new building automation systems.

Assists Supervisor of Building Automation Systems with forecasting system growth, as well as infrastructure requirements, through liaison with department leaders and managers. Provides support on hardware & software risk management and ensures participation in audits.

Leads the installation and configuration of BAS IT

components, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.

Ensures expectations are met to achieve company

and department goals. Supports appropriate changes to BAS policies,

procedures, and efficiencies in order to meet objectives. Supports the

performance, training, and evaluation of BAS Technicians.

Ensures daily vendor interactions result in meeting the departments objectives, improve services, optimize pricing, and keeps up with industry best practices.
