Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for installation, oversight, commissioning, and calibration of all current and new building automation systems operated at branches, base buildings, and critical facilities teams.
  • Assisting Supervisor of Building Automation Systems with forecasting system growth, infrastructure requirements, and coordinating with bank department leaders and managers.
  • Support hardware and software risk management, participate with audits, and provide assistance to lead facility managers, programmers, and internal technicians daily through peer partnership.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree + 4 years hands-on experience/certification in Distech, Niagara, Honeywell, and Allerton Controls OR HS Diploma/GED + 8 years hands-on experience/certification in Distech, Niagara, Honeywell, and Allerton Controls
  • Knowledge in HVAC, Electrical Systems, Maintenance, Construction Management Systems, Supervisory experience, building maintenance, building operations, supervision of vendors, and project management.
  • Proactive in planning and execution of tasks, ability to prioritize based on risk factors/need, analytical mindset, interactive communication skills, strong technical aptitude with facility management and vendor management
  • Knowledge of work order systems and asset management systems, BAS, mechanical, electrical, life safety monitoring, and control systems typically used in base building/critical environments
  • Preferred License/Certifications: Distech or Niagara
  • Valid Driver License and Ability to travel between sites (local or regional work)
