Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Latin America to support a Fortune 500 manufacturing client of ours. This is a key role in helping the Application Development team deliver success to the business stakeholders. This individual will be working in an agile methodology to follow true BA responsibilities. The Business Analyst will be working with the global delivery team and business stakeholders to develop methodologies utilized by the business for various system upgrades. This individual will integrate themselves in the organization to best define business processes for the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 5 years of IT BA experience

Must be able to write functional requirements including expected results.

Must be able to write/review a detailed test plan and execute it.

Must be able to log bugs and retest.

Strong written and oral communication skills (English)

Ability to work in a team setting -- work directly with u and developers.

Experience with web applications and data interfaces.

Good knowledge of Office365 tools.

Willingness to learn and show initiative.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must have a strong systems and process orientation.

Must be comfortable working remotely using primarily virtual means of collaborating with colleagues and managers.
