Sr. Business Analyst , Seller Insights \u0026 Planning
Seattle, Washington
The Seller Insights and Planning team's mission is to create an ecosystem within Fullfilled By Amazon (FBA) where sellers can thrive and delight customers. This role requires you to present complex information in an accessible format to leadership, answering key business questions. Beyond executing required skills, you will also influence, educate, and drive results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Proactively evaluate WW FBA business performance to identify areas of opportunity, define the analytical requirements needed for further deep dive, and present summarized findings to senior leadership.
- Partner with WW FBA stakeholders to develop and align on business metrics, automated reporting structures, and process improvements to meet business requirements.
- Aggregate data from multiple sources related to WW FBA seller performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics and compile it into a digestible and actionable format.
