ON-SITE in RENO, NV

Title: Customer Service Rep
Pay Rate: $17/hr.
Type of Hire: Temp-to-Perm
Start Date: ASAP
Office Location: Reno, NV 89511Training & Post Training Location: Onsite
Training Schedule: M-F (Most likely 9am Start) 8 Hour shift

Brief Job Description:

• Answer inbound calls making appointments scheduling vehicles shipping to and from Hawaii.
• Will interact with a lot of military families on the calls.

Requirements/Experience:

• Must be able to commute to Reno, NV daily (No more than 40 mins of facility)
• Must have 1 years plus of recent call center or office experience
• Logistic experience a plus but not required
• Must be familiar with Excel
• Must commit to no time off the first 90 days (zero tolerance for missing any days during training)
• MUST be career driven!!!!
