The Team Lead will be responsible for not only managing day to day operations of the team, people management, performance management but also help the client determine gaps in processes, identify innovative ways to solve problems upstream and scale our operations.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead and develop the team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively deliver exceptional service and address customer issues.
  • Develop, implement, analyze, and identify changes to increase efficiency and service to clients.
  • Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to the team and foster continuous improvement and development.
  • Raise critical issues internally to ensure timely resolution and minimize the impact on the clients.
  • Identify training needs of team members and provide coaching support.
  • Encourage, participate, contribute to knowledge sharing, and fostering continuous process improvement.
  • Manage workload and reassign team members as needed to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
  • Conduct team and one on one meetings to provide guidance, coaching, training on process improvement areas.
  • Work closely with Service Delivery partners to ensure adherence to service delivery goals.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a service/customer/sales organization
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience leading teams, leading a team of 10-20 direct reports
  • Demonstrate capability in driving performance improvement and leading people.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills, experience with business communication.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to team management, cultivate a positive culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Client focused and solution oriented, great problem solving and analytic skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross functional and global team members.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in all interactions with clients, cross functional partners, and senior management.
  • Ability to inspire/motivate team members to achieve goals and get results.
