Position Overview:

The Sr. Director of Business Strategy & Analytics will be responsible for working cross-functionally to drive commercial results & revenue optimization for FIFA World Cup 26™. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on technical data manipulation & analysis, and stakeholder management to balance the financial objectives of the event with the goal of maximizing fan engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Optimization:
    • Lead departmental focus on pricing & inventory planning & execution including sales forecasting, pricing analysis, product release strategies, and in-cycle calibration efforts - collaborating directly with product and pricing teams to maximize overall revenues.
    • Collaborate with product, pricing, marketing and sales teams to optimize go-to-market processes and create, maintain and service demand across multiple channels to drive incremental revenue and margin above forecasted baselines.
    • Serve as the day-to-day strategy & analytics partner for pricing team - tracking and analyzing real-time inventory, revenue and marketplace trends to inform go-forward pricing and inventory recommendations.


  • Sales Channel Strategy & Optimization:
    • Support development and roll-out of sales channel incentive programs to drive sales behavior throughout the sales cycle - driving our top-line revenues while optimizing our bottom-line returns.
    • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on sales channel effectiveness and efficiency to support on-going sales channel strategy development.


  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Drive the development of and on-going management of sales & revenue reporting suite - collaborating with functional leaders to understand organizational and departmental needs.
    • Collaborate with product, ticket operations and pricing on development and maintenance of reporting on current inventory, pricing and sales.
    • Collaborate with Ticket Operations on data governance practices to ensure timely & accurate reporting.


  • Risk Management and Compliance:
    • Assess potential risks to profitability & ticket sales, develop risk mitigation strategies to protect event profitability and monitor sales / cost performance throughout the event lifecycle to implement risk mitigation strategies when needed.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, or business analytics preferably within the sports or entertainment industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in predictive modeling, revenue forecasting, reporting and financial modeling, with proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive positioning in a global context.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex pricing concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic, player-coach approach to working across the team to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making in high-pressure environments.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$131,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$175,000 annually
