Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, is working with a top financial institute in the country . Looking for a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to work a at their facilities/buildings around the Raleigh, NC area. This is a 6-Month Contract to Hire opportunity.

Job Title: Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Raleigh, NC 27603
Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire
Schedule: Mon - Fri, Normal Business Hours, 60% onsite, 40% local region travel
Hourly: $35-38/HR +Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the functionality of equipment within corporate offices, ensuring all electrical, mechanical, fire, and life safety equipment is fully operational via hands-on inspection, maintenance, and repair.
• Respond promptly to emergency issues and continuous monitoring of onsite vendors when outside consultation is required.
• Provide support to building projects, infrastructure, and other activities including training exercises and regulation compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree + 1 year Building Facility Maintenance background in electrical, mechanical, and/or HVAC OR HS Diploma + 5 years Building Facility Maintenance background in electrical, mechanical, and/or HVAC
• Prefer Military / Technical Trade School Certifications
• Ability to read/interpret MOPs, blueprints, diagrams, building codes, and OSHA codes
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, wear safety gear, work indoors/outdoors, including exposure to fumes, noise, heat/cold, etc.
• Valid Driver License and Ability to travel between sites (local or regional work)
