Job Summary:
• Design innovative, analytical and management reporting tools for decision making
• Develop and maintain crucial relationships across all functional areas and interact with all levels of leadership including the Chief Financial Officer and Operations Executive Team
• Assist in analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue to include:
• In depth revenue variance analysis by line of business
• Fee and commission profitability analysis
• Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
• Assist in providing KPI’s and trend analysis of Company performance
• Assist in providing internal benchmark analysis
• Perform what-if analysis as well as analyze the financial impact of changes in the business
• Analyze financial information and reports to provide accurate timely financial recommendations for decision making purposes
• Work with the COO, Budget Managers, Practice Leaders and Central Finance Team in forecasting and budgeting processes
• Work collaboratively with client service teams to collect and review data for accuracy and consistency
• Extract and analyze data from current financial and business intelligence systems
• Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools
• Drive data mining and business intelligence effort
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related program or equivalent education and/or experience. Degree or specialization in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years relevant finance experience required.
• Advanced excel knowledge required.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop strong client relationships with multiple clients.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize workload and meet time sensitive deadlines.
• Must be results-oriented with the ability to change priorities as needed.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
