Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designs, develops and enhances current financial management systems. Maintains responsibility for assigned areas of financial management such as internal financial reporting, classification of accounts and funds, plant ledgers and third-party reimbursement systems.

RESONSIBILITIES:
  • Review annual operating budgets for clinical departments, working directly with program administrators to finalize. Includes reviewing departmental business improvement plans, budget/FTE modification preparation and budget spread methodologies.
  • Monthly Financial Statements: Prepare monthly restricted financial statements. Reconcile to Workday, prepare monthly common and post close adjustments
  • Malpractice billing: Initial set up for calendar year, quarterly malpractice billing (preparation and distribution), reconcile receivable monthly
  • OOR/Allocations schedules: Analyze and prepare monthly schedules for review by Sr. Leadership, work with departments to develop and finalize annual budgets for these financial statement line items.
  • Other tasks as needed: quarterly intercompany reconciliations/eliminations, setting up annual SMEs, initiate monthly Supplier Invoice Request (SIRs)
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required
  • Highly organized, keen attention to detail, team-oriented, strong reconciliation and analytical skills required

Pay Range: $68,765 - $103,147 Annually
