Collins Aerospace has an immediate opening for an HR Business Partner, supporting Electric Power Systems (EPS) in the Power & Controls business unit. In this role, youll provide strategic partnership to EPS Supply Chain, Quality and Business Development and Strategy teams and will also lead execution for some of our critical HR processes and/or priorities across the global EPS HR team. Primary Responsibilities:

HR Business Partner
  • Act as a business leader, strategic planner, trusted advisor, relationship builder, talent champion and culture/change ambassador for EPS three senior leaders across Supply Chain, Quality and Business Development and Strategy. Directly coach, partner and advise these three critical members the EPS Leadership Team on topics from change management and organizational design to cultural transformation and diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Maintain a strong network of Collins HR colleagues in our Centers of Expertise: Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Labor and Employee Relations, to efficiently support business needs.
  • Lead projects and assignments related to annual HR processes (including but not limited to: Strategic Planning, Performance Connections, Leadership Development Reviews, Compensation Planning and Employee Engagement (Pulse) surveys).


HR Functional Strategy Execution
  • Ensure the EPS HR teams most critical processes run smoothly, and that the team consistently adapts to changes in Collins and RTX-wide HR processes and practices.
  • Collaborate with your HR colleagues as we work together to execute on our teams top priorities for the year
  • Work collaboratively with functional HR Business Partners, to ensure alignment with functional and EPS business objectives


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is Required
  • Demonstrated change management and/or org design experience
  • Demonstrated ability to get things done within a matrixed HR function (through full understanding and utilization of a mature HR model with COEs, Shared Services, HR Business Partners and Employee Relations Partners)
  • Must be a US Person/ Permanent Resident 'Green Card' holder
