Responsibilities

Has overall responsibility for a single manufacturing facility " Directs all aspects of production activity at the assigned plant to ensure that the desired quantities and quality of products are manufactured on schedule in a safe manner at minimum cost " May be responsible for Accounting, Human Resources and other staff functions

• Directs manufacturing operations and management teams for plants and locations of an organization that support business goals.
• Incorporates the organizational strategy and plans for operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs in manufacturing processes.
• Monitors production metrics and recommends process improvements, new technologies, and methods to maximize operational efficiency.
• Drives workforce planning activities and a pproves/ allocates resources based on business priorities.
• Implements long-term plans for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce resources to maintain manufacturing capacity and processes.
• Leads and diects the work of other managers and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR and General Managers .

Qualifications

Associate Degree required, Bachelor's degree in business preferred. 7-8 years experience in relevant function, equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
