An employer is looking to add a Sr. Political Account Executive to their team. This person will be responsible for driving revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and onboarding new clients within our client's political vertical. In addition to onboarding new clients, Senior Political AEs will also maintain existing relationships with both direct adverti and agency partners. They will be responsible for identifying prospects and navigating the full sales cycle to close new business and advise clients on industry trends and continuously pitch strategic campaign ideas. They will work with internal Media Strategy and Account Management teams to build custom plans and exceed client expectations

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in programmatic ad sales and a strong track record managing campaigns for candidates, ballot measures, social advocacy and government-funded initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years+ of digital advertising sales experience

1-2 year+ of political campaign/consultancy work experience (or other relevant experience)

Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree -- Political Science preferred; or Communications, Journalism, or Business
