Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration or related technical degree and 5 years of experience of eCommerce/digital product management. Experience must include: Analyzing functional and technical eCommerce platform user requirements, procedures and problems to automate/improve business processes. Optimizing queries for scalability and ease of management using SQL and JAVA programming languages. Utilizing MS Excel data analytic tools to optimize eCommerce performance including spreadsheet modeling and pivot tables to analyze consumer habits and website performance. Developing visualizations of data and information for analytic purposes utilizing diagramming and vector graphics application such as MS Visio. Project management experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and issue tracking utilizing JIRA.

Job Duties: Collaborate with senior management across various streams of the company presenting strategies and project updates. Responsible for one or more area of digital product, analyzing data and developing a roadmap to help us deliver a cutting-edge digital solution to enhance our customer's experience. Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources. Drive the customer experience initiatives for MSC's digital products by synthesizing current business intelligence and trend data to support recommendations for action. Work with predictive models, analyzing, creating user segmentation, and extract insights that drive business decisions with a lens towards common-sizing and solution building in a global environment. Leverage technical knowledge legacy (SAP and IBM) and modern systems (SAAS), 3rdparty systems and APIs to create a holistic solution and maintain library of model documents and other reusable knowledge assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, budget and transform the existing framework or design/develop new models to ensure a first-class customer experience. Collaborate with customers, partners, peers and stakeholders to understand requirements, define the scope of work, and build micro-roadmaps aligned with the vision of the digital strategy organization. Analyze competitive macro-economic trends, perform competitive analysis, size-up internal capabilities through analysis of related product, market and share trends in order to build business cases to support the portfolio of initiatives. Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development and collaborate with the respective engineering / development partners to assist in designing the best product in terms of customer experience. Contribute to long-term product roadmap and strategy development. Drive the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC's vision and unity of purpose. Participate in special projects and performs additional duties as required. Telecommuting acceptable.

Compensation starting at $ 163238 - $ 163641 depending on experience.

The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
