Sr Product Manager

One of Insight Global's financial clients in Ogden, UT is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire product life cycle for the payments department. They will additionally be responsible for product development and strategic planning to drive growth. They focus on optimizing products and pricing, ensuring member satisfaction, managing risk, and achieving business goals, while leading cross functional teams in product innovation and process improvement. The ideal candidate enjoys working with others, is proactive and passionate about owning a Product.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have:

* 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager

* Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.

* Familiar with Product Management Lifecycle

* Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) Tableau,

Responsibilities:

* Creates and drives competitive product strategies

* Evaluates product performance against strategic objectives and makes adjustments as needed

* Develops, evaluates and implements strategic product plans, based on client needs

* Takes data-backed action on underperforming areas within the product offerings

* Owns and controls the overall product experience

* Creates, tests and validates predictive model

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Pluses:

* MBA or Master's degree in a business field preferred.

* Familiar with Credit Union policies

* Experience working in a financial institution.
