Since launching in 2005, the US Prime membership program has made life easier and more enjoyable for millions of members in the US and been a key driver of Amazon's rapid growth across a wide range of business units. As we continue to invest in the Prime program in the US, we are looking for a customer-obsessed and data driven product leader to drive initiatives that strengthen our value proposition through partnerships with cross-functional benefit teams. As Sr. PM of Benefits, you will identify opportunities and build a roadmap to drive customer engagement with benefits across 1P or 3P partners. You will be responsible for optimizing our customer experience and lead initiatives that will have a sizeable impact on customer retention and acquisition. To accomplish this you will need to successfully manage tech, science, and marketing stakeholders across our benefit partner organizations.

Develop and manage product and feature concepts to drive entertainment benefit engagement.
Leverage product management and business acumen to clarify, simplify, prioritize, and deliver impactful projects and features.
Track, optimize, and report to senior leadership on product performance
About the team
US Prime is responsible for working backwards from US customers to grow the size and engagement of Prime membership in the US. We work with WW Prime and Benefit Partners to ensure products under development will address the needs and barriers of US customers and enable us to unlock new sources of growth. We are responsible for managing US-specific products, marketing, and business development. We are part of the US Retail organization as well as the extended WW Prime team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
