Key job responsibilities
A Sr. Program Manager for the DCC Business Operations team develops, leads, and executes centralized strategies for business operations functions across the AMER, EMEA, APJC, and global services Ops teams. This role will deliver a globally consistent approach, often developing methods to do so in ambiguous circumstances. Key responsibilities include:
Deployment of Business Operations Rhythm of the Business
-monthly/quarterly goal reviews
-goal-setting coordination
-OP1/2 doc coordination, including Fixed Headcount summaries, FAQs, etc
-QBR input coordination
-Weekly Off-Track report contributions
-provides recommendations for improving ongoing mechanisms
Headcount planning and execution (VHC and FHC)
-ensure headcount plans are executed in roster from OL4 to OL8 levels
-work with finance to ensure accurate loading plans ahead of roster deployments (several times a year to coincide with OP and R&O cycles)
-coordinate with finance to ensure accurate vhc and fhc reporting
Roster management and hygiene coordination
-perform internal audits to ensure approved plan/PIDs are in line with resource plans throughout the organization
-resolve plan adjustments in line with OP/R&O loads at OL4 level
-strive for 100% PID matching and document / coordinate defects w/ TA/Roster PgM, ECT, and WBLP as appropriate
-support allocation plans with burndown effort and reporting
-coordinate/track cost center transfers with finance
-Collaborate with Roster Products tech team to keep DCC updated on tech changes/updates that benefit Ops.
-Advocate on behalf of DCC Ops to ensure optimal prioritization of future tech enhancements for Roster

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
