Your Job

The Sr Project Manager will oversee and coordinate technical projects within our manufacturing facilities. Primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of NPI projects, from conception to completion, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

You will join our manufacturing engineering team that focuses on new product introduction in our global manufacturing facilities and will lead a dedicated group of individuals in plant facilities, ensuring that every aspect of the project aligns with strategic goals and is executed with precision. What You Will Do
  • Project Planning and execution
    • Following PDP5.0, develop project plans (goals & objectives), timelines, and milestones.
    • Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
    • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
    • Collect production & financial information from stakeholders and arrange PAR challenge sessions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
    • Work closely with function leaders, stakeholders, and line managers to align project strategies.
    • Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders including project meetings, set agendas, and follow-up on discussed issues and deliverables to be delivered on time with quality.
    • Resolve conflicts and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Technology Integration
    • Oversee the adoption of new technologies and tools.
    • Support digital transformation within the factory.
  • Process Monitoring and Risk Management
    • Evaluate and visualize project progress, expenses, and resources.
    • Project KPI monitoring and provide improvement ideas Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor project risks and escalate issues as needed.
  • Leadership and Team Development
    • Lead a team of Project Engineers
    • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
    • Mentor team members and provide professional development opportunities


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management related field
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate through uncertainties and adapt to fast changing business environment
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team toward project goals.
  • Effective at identifying and resolving project-related challenges.
  • Summarizing and simplifying complicated communications to give members a clear message.
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.


What Will Put You Ahead
  • Master's Degree
  • Experience in capacity management, supply-chain planning or similar
  • Experience project managing functional/operational requirements through Product Engineering, Finance & Business Operations
  • NPI / Process Development / Prototyping Experience
  • Experience in tooling cost estimation, quote preparation
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other Project Management related certification
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as, MS project, JIRA, etc.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 software to work in a collaborative environment
