Come join Intuit CoreApp engineering team as a Manager 2, Engineering, leading multiple scrum teams. This team will be part of an org that is responsible to drive the acceleration of AI-native, done-for-you experiences, by providing a paved path for composition and modernization of Intuit's AI-driven expert platform.

  • In this role you will help to bring out the best ideas from the best engineers by empowering them and leading by example.
  • Your team will create and bring capabilities to market that simplify and solve for current customer needs while building for the future. You will leverage capabilities across the company and build capabilities for everybody to use.
  • To accomplish this, you will create a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Product Management, Design, Program Mgmt, Data analytics etc). As an M2, you will also work across the segment to build strong relationships to deliver on ambiguous and complex problems together.
  • You are responsible for a culture of operational excellence to set high resiliency, performance and availability.
  • You will manage multiple teams of engineers and create a plan for growth and executing on multiple strategic initiatives.
  • Drive company wide initiatives like platform and data architecture, process, rubrics for technology career tracks, hiring/coaching senior individual contributors
  • Be a key contributor to ensure the product is highly secure, available, scalable, resilient, and cloud ready. Inspire teams innovation and deliver quality at speed across product offerings and platform services
  • Execute to success through diligent planning, attention to detail, effective delegation, efficient decision making, and individual/team accountability.
