Sr. Specialist - Brand Activation will develop and manage the deployment of turnkey local marketing programs impacting 1 DMA or less. Ownership of platforms where final assets live to be accessed by the field team. This role partners with the merchandising and Field Marketing team to ensure strategy is properly executed and fulfilled by Wendy's partners.
Responsibilities
Execute local marketing programs impacting 1 DMA or less, utilize agency resources to brief and manage creative process for assets and partner with execution team on fulfillment. Manage expectations related to project timelines and priorities to ensure on-time delivery in an effective manner.

Ownership of platform to access final assets including uploading documents, creating a file structure, managing communication around platform and asset availability, troubleshooting any issues related to the platform and creating how-to guides for the end users (100ppl)

Manage timelines and write communications about availability of CTO's related to optional POP and crew engagement tactics available to local markets to purchase, also including communicating and coordinating OOH creative availability.

Participate in weekly agency status and field marketing team calls to communicate upcoming programs and timing.

Briefing in creative team on asset requests and creative concepts.

Approval of all in-restaurant print-ready and digital mechanicals for local programs before shipping or Go Live.

Field communications for in-restaurant promotion materials (Banner/Pole Sign CTO, OOH catalog, Crew Engagement CTO's) distributed to Wendy's system and franchisees

Help recommend and influence upcoming local programming

What we expect from you

Education: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge of marketing principles/concepts (including marketing strategy, marketing research, and communication strategies),

3 - 5 years of marketing experience within agency or as client of lead agency

Experience in quick service restaurant sector and or franchised brand/business

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships

Position is hybrid, two days per week on-site.
