This role supports building capabilities and ensuring store readiness for critical product and promotional testing. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Store Support, the Field, Merchants, Marketing, Testing and Central Planning teams to influence in-store testing and ensure streamlined store communication of tests.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible to connect dots between partners in Store Operations and across the business to ensure the communication for tests is holistic and streamlined.
  • Collaborate with manager to influence testing strategies with a store filter focused on store workload and communication.
  • Responsible for all store communication for promotional and product testing.
  • Partners with key testing District Sales Leaders and Store Managers to get feedback and continue to evolve test communication and store support.
  • Partners with team to get pricing and promotions set, and maintained, for test stores as needed.
  • Flexes to support larger team during key times when testing has low workload.


Qualifications
  • Ability to multi-task, deliver under tight timelines and demonstrate excellent time management
  • Ability to analyze data and themes to make recommendations
  • Excellent organization, written/verbal communication, project planning and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners
  • Ability to resolve issues with a customer centric focus through curiosity and pace
  • Retail background, store selling/operations experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office and Outlook
  • Ability to travel for store visits
Education
  • Bachelor's degree, or minimum of 1-3 years equivalent work experience
