The Sr taff Accountant will assist in the comprehensive accounting functions of specialty chemicals and petrochemicals manufacturing assets. Duties include recording, reporting, analyzing, and communicating financial activity and results. The Staff Accountant will be expected to work under the supervision of the Vice President - Finance to become a financial and accounting expert in their area. This role requires versatility, resourcefulness, and a willingness to accept prominent work assignments.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

5-10 years of full cylce accounting experience

Experience preparing financial statements

Experience with financial analysis and evaluations

Will be managing all aspects of finance and accounting

Proficient in Quickbooks and Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Masters in Accounting

CPA or CPA eligible

Chemical Manufacturing background
