Lenovo's Cloud Service Provider (CSP) business unit is a dynamic, customer-focused team that adapts quickly to meet evolving market demands and customer needs. We are unique in the industry as the only company providing comprehensive end-to-end capabilities for a wide array of customized solutions. Our in-house team is responsible for designing, building, and deploying CSP solutions worldwide.
What You'll Do
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver server and rack solutions to global CSP customers throughout the product lifecycle.

Our in-house team is responsible for designing, building, and deploying CSP solutions worldwide.
What You'll Do
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver server and rack solutions to global CSP customers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Oversee solution readiness from initial concept through the product's end-of-life as a program manager, covering stages such as POC, NPI, maintenance, and customer transitions to new solutions.
- Manage the entire solution development process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting, ensuring product development aligns with our commitments to timeliness, cost-effectiveness, quality, and strategic objectives.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between development and operations teams and US-based CSP customers.
- Own the customer technology profile, defining requirements such as design proposals, data center environments, network topology, OS versions, testing requirements, deployment processes, and more.
- Lead engineering teams in Asia and the US to promptly identify, prioritize, and resolve all customer-related technical issues.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in technical program management within data center/hyperscale environments or related industries.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or engineering field (Master's preferred).
- Required experience in server systems design and debugging
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in speaking or writing Chinese as an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of both hardware and software.
- Preferable knowledge of server design, including board layout, memory, signal integrity, power systems, mechanical components, I/O, BMC, and BIOS.
- Demonstrated ability to own and execute projects from CONCEPT to EOL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
