Highlights:

As an experienced Senior Data Architect for Telecom Enterprise Data, Voice and Video Services. You will be a key participate in a multi-year project of rationalizing product and customer data models for Spectrum Enterprise. You will work with product management, marketing, network engineering, sales and customer support to create a comprehensive portfolio of Spectrum Enterprise offers, products, services and resources - as they are offered to customers and through the entire customer life cycle.

You ensure that service offerings comply with the industry standards (TMForum , MEF) and meet client expectations through solid leadership, communication and management skills. You report directly to the Principal Enterprise Product Manager for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:

• Drive the execution of the creation of Logical Product and Customer models
• Rationalize legacy and sell-forward products based on the established models. Working with Sales, Billing, Product Catalog teams
• Help drive strategic decisions regarding product portfolio for new and existing customers
• Optimize business processes - Sales, ordering decomposition, approval workflows and service delivery
• Advocate for the product organization by working closely with architects and engineering teams in designing, modeling and implementing new technologies.

• Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills with the ability to lead large, cross-functional teams while making decisions and resolving issues under pressure.
