The Prime Video Enterprise Design team is seeking a problem-solving, customer-obsessed Senior UX Designer to design end-to-end experiences for studios, operations, and content partners that deliver unparalleled selection for our customers. shape the future vision for how partners manage their content on our service. In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll work on all aspects of UX design including information architecture, UI design, interaction design, and prototyping deliverables. In this role you will work closely with other designers, user researchers, producers, design technologists, product managers, software developers, and executive leadership to drive designs from vision to execution and will also be a key part of a UX Design Studio collaborating across all aspects of the Prime Video service. Key job responsibilities
- Analyze customer problems and design delightful solutions that meet measurable business goals.
- Work closely with product teams to develop use cases and high-level requirements.
- Quickly, yet thoroughly, create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications.
- Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and project stakeholders for review and feedback.
- Partner with development teams to build experiences: provide appropriate design specifications, create assets, and review finished interfaces.
A day in the life
A Senior UX Designer for Prime Video will solve some of our most complex enterprise problems. You are expected to think like an owner, always raise the quality of the CX, and be a relentless advocate for our internal and external partners. You will collaborate with UX Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow UX Designers both within Prime Video and across Amazon to evolve the customer experience. You will inspire and mentor UX practitioners and partners, leading projects throughout the design exploration and delivery process.

The Enterprise Design practice is part of the broader Prime Video design team and works closely with internal and external partners to build innovative, efficient solutions needed to scale our business(es). We work with external content providers to effectively distribute their content on Prime Video, our internal Studios teams to create compelling original content, and operations teams to help build efficient solutions enabling us to deliver the best possible content to millions of customers around the world.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience with design tools such as Figma and Photoshop along with design systems and component libraries
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows

The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market.
