Duration: 12 month contract with possibility of extension
Job Description:
Client is seeking a self-starter, critical thinking, detail-oriented Sr. Vendor Analyst who is competent in

• Project management
• Relationship building both with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Monitoring compliance to ensure service level agreement and performance/quality metrics, responsibilities and expectations are met
• Corporate vendor research and analysis
• Data analysis techniques, including the ability to collect, clean, and interpret large datasets
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate IT Labor and Services contracts

• The individual required will deliver strong commercial support to our Strategic Supplier Management team to drive the strategic development and performance of our vendor partners.
• You will be embedded within a team of vendor management professionals and work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders to ensure their service requirements are understood, sourced and delivered to provide maximum value to our business whilst maintain appropriate levels of risk.

Key Accountabilities

• Support our Strategic Supplier Management team with Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews, including preparation assistance and tracking of performance.
• Support our Strategic Supplier Management in reviewing and analyzing IT Labor and Services contracts
• Support our Strategic Supplier Management team with analyzing and interpreting datasets.
• Assist in developing policies and procedures as needed to support the internal stakeholder engagement and external vendor management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Communication of complex ideas to internal management up to middle management level.
• Relationship building and engagement of resources within external third-party vendors.
• Vendor management / relationship skills experience
• Contract administration (Full understanding of Commercial Terms & Conditions), licensing, business development or procurement experience preferred
• Self-Starter with strong organizational skills and high-level attention to detail
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written,), analytical and time management skills
• Microsoft Suite (Intermediate level)
• Experience using Ariba Contract Management tool preferred
• Experience using analytical tools - Excel, PowerBi
• Capacity for self-motivation and creative problem-solving
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Minimum of 3 years of managing IT suppliers preferably managed service/outsource contracts
• Experience in digital ways of working (Agile) preferred

Qualifications

• Preferable to have a BA/BSc degree or can show considerable work experience in vendor/contract management
• Preferable to have experience in IT Labor and Service contracts
• Preferable to have experience in data analytics
• Preferable to have an industry relevant professional qualification such as being a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing Supply.
