A client of Insight Global is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team in the St. Louis, Missouri area. While working as an Electrical Engineer, this individual will be serving a project management function. While working on a team of 13 Project Managers, this individual will be responsible for overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, documentation, etc. for projects ranging in size from 1MM-50MM, managing a portfolio of 5-10 projects within the transmission and distribution industry. These transmission and substation projects will range from 34.5kV-500kV. This Electrical Engineer will be interfacing with end clients, typically going onsite once a week to the client's headquarters and traveling one day a month to current project sites. This individual will be required to work in the office 5 days a week.

Required Skills & Experience

5-10 years of experience as a technical engineer + experience assisting with scope, budget, scheduling of projects
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
5+ years of experience in the Transmission & Distribution industry
Ability to work onsite 5 days/week

PE, PMP, or Masters
