Staff Technical Program Manager

Intuit is seeking a transformative and influential Staff Technical Program Manager to lead our Operationalizing AI Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operational integration of AI across business units, connecting strategy to execution. This role requires someone adept at executing "new to Intuit" strategies and ways of working, as well as working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to operationalize AI at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for operationalizing AI, defining processes, standards, and performance metrics
• Establish program structure and operating rhythm to streamline AI integration across business units, ensuring systematic reporting, operational mechanisms, and impact dashboards
• Partner with data science, software engineering, product management, and various cross-functional teams to drive execution toward program outcomes
• Identify, clarify, and resolve critical issues and dependencies, ensuring effective communication and change control with executive stakeholders
• Rally teams, communicate execution plans, and align executive teams on program outcomes through a clear, compelling narrative of challenges and opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices, creating/documenting repeatable frameworks, and incorporating stakeholder feedback
