Come join Mailchimp in the Product Development Operations team, as a Staff Technical Program Manager. This role is responsible for accelerating delivery of complex capabilities and programs across the platform.

We are looking for a strategic, creative problem solver who can influence stakeholders across the organization, lead high-visibility high-impact programs end-to-end to deliver business results.

Intuit Mailchimp is a hybrid workplace, giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in person with team members in our Mountain View, CA, Atlanta, GA, or New York, New York offices two or more days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business and Technology leaders to execute the strategy for one or more key programs across the Mailchimp platform.
  • Drive multi-year multi-phase program roadmaps across multiple contributing teams.
  • Develop program charters ensuring the scope aligns with business priorities.
  • Develop & deliver program plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness and support defining a cross-functional program structure.
  • Provide steady leadership in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines common to a rapidly growing company with an evolving business model.
  • Establish program operating rhythms leading cross-functional meetings and fostering teamwork. Quickly and effectively identify and clarify the critical few issues and drive appropriate decisions and actions. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.
  • Communicate progress, report status, providing relevant insights across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior executive.
