The Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts, and assigning personnel based on skill levels, certifications, and resident requirements. Maintaining accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and time-off requests. Addressing staffing shortages and scheduling conflicts promptly and effectively.
