Duties:
- Responsible for ensuring facility is adequately staffed for each work shift in order to comply with state and federal regulations.
- Organizes and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies.
- Works with other departments in filling vacant positions to meet facility staffing requirements.
- Keeps attendance records
- Responds to employee calls regarding scheduling issues, and prepares written correspondence as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous staffing experience is required
- Texas CNA / CMA certificates in this state of Texas
- Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members
- Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
- Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
