Job Duties

Ability to act in the capacity of essential personnel during emergency/crisis situations.

Has comprehensive knowledge of principles of customer service; experience and knowledge of scheduling processes and principles; documentation; applicable regulations and policies; and scheduling systems.

Skills include problem identification; proficiency in personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite; professionalism; judgement and decision making; and time management.
Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.

Ability to demonstrate collaborative leadership skills and oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of and working skills in operating an automated scheduling program.

Must be able to work independently, exercise independent judgement and orient/train others.

Experience working with the public as well as handling confidential and sensitive matters.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office including email experience).

Experience in a fast-paced office environment requiring provision of services to customers at all levels of an organization is required.

Prior experience with an automated scheduler program required.

Additional Considerations

Experience in the Kronos automated scheduler program.

Considerable experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Knowledge of recovery principles and trauma informed care.
