Position type: 6 months with high possibility of extension/Conversion as FTE

Pay range: $43 - $47/hr on W2

Overview: The Enterprise Workforce Management team is responsible for leading Clients transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organization design. It is an exciting time to join the team as we are in the building phase of developing the set of capabilities, processes, and tools to analyze, forecast, organize, and plan for the future of the workforce.

We are a global team with highly motivated colleagues who are focused on ensuring Client has the right number of people, with the right skills, at the right place, time and cost. The role is part of the Enterprise Workforce Management team and is responsible for delivering critical workforce management assessments to inform actions and insights.

Staffing Execution and Governance Lead (4 roles) Details
- Execute Dual Roles and Matrix reporting (DRMR) monthly monitoring
- Execute monthly monitoring process including evidencing process and controls
- Enhance desktop procedures based on execution of Staffing and DRMR processes with teams
- Support reporting including status, gaps, remediation actions progress to management committees, board and regulators
- Complete and provide data analysis across various staffing data components
- Create data visualization to support management reviews

Qualifications & Experience (applicable for both)
- Good understanding of key principles involved in strategic workforce planning or background in financial planning, and business operations.
- Ability to understand, marshal and interpret a wide range of information, ideas, and concepts, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience of presenting complex ideas, data and analysis in a visually accessible way, ability to draft presentations and documentations to communicate key conclusions and complex issues to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in driving Transformation and Change management in a large organization.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare executive level reports and insights.
- Experience in driving change management in a regulated large organization.
- Hands on experience in writing and managing procedures and policies.
- Experience in creating, tracking, and managing metrics.
- Comfortable to work with ambiguity and managing high-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Intellectually strong with a growth mindset, with a proactive can-do attitude to project delivery and get things done in a tight deadline.
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to details, while keeping focus on the big picture; able to connect the dots across multiple pieces of work.
- Ability to deliver results and on-time delivery of work.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to shifting goals and priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross-cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations.
